We are currently accepting applications for enrolment for Year 7 up to 2020.
Applications for entry into other year levels are welcome at any time and are processed subject to the availability places at the College.
Step 1 – Making an Application
Mary MacKillop College accepts application for enrolment for entry into Year 7 from Year 3 onwards
A copy of our Application for Enrolment, and Enrolment Information Booklet is available on request. Alternatively, these documents can be downloaded in PDF format from our website.

A non-refundable application fee of $100 is payable, on lodgement of an Enrolment Application.
The Enrolment Application should be accompanied by copies of the following documents as outlined on the Application Form:
· Birth Certificate
· A copy of the most recent school report
· NAPLAN Results from Years 3 and 5 (when available)
· Baptism, Confirmation & First Eucharist Certificates (if Catholic)
· Specialist Reports, Education Plans, and school learning support assessments (if applicable)
· Visa Documentation (if applicable)
· Any relevant legal documentation (if applicable)
Receipt of Application for Enrolment will be acknowledged in writing.
Step 2 – Enrolment Information Evening, College Tours and Open Day
Enrolment Information Evenings are held throughout each year, with dates included, Enrolment Information Dates. All parents and students are encouraged to attend an Enrolment Information Evening to learn about life at our College. The evenings include College tours hosted by current students and presentations from the College Leadership Team.
All families are welcome to attend our annual College Open Day.
Attendance at Enrolment Information evening or Open Day may of course occur prior to the submission of an Enrolment application.
Step 3 – Interview
An offer of a place at the College will be made subject to consideration of the information contained in the Application of Enrolment Form and an interview with a member of the College Leadership Team or Senior Staff.
Interviews will take place throughout 2016 for entry years of 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Thereafter Enrolment interviews will occur during a student’s Year 4 year (for Yr 7 entry).
Parents will be contacted in writing to arrange a suitable interview time.
Step 4 – Offers of Placement
Offers of placement will be made in writing following a successful interview.
On return of the Confirmation of Enrolment forms, a holding deposit of $200 is payable.
The holding deposit will be paid towards your daughter’s first term College fees. It will not be refunded should you cancel the enrolment of your daughter prior to her commencement at the College.
Step 5 – Orientation and Transition Day
Parents and students will be invited to attend both Orientation and Transition Day in the year prior to commencement of enrolment.
At Orientation, parents will receive a package with information, including uniform shop booking times, stationery and details about House allocation.
Transition Day is a full day for your daughter to spend at the College. She will meet her College Big Sister, be introduced to her Head of House and experience a taste of learning at Mary MacKillop College.
