Athletics: All students are invited to train in preparation for the College Carnival with the selected team in each age group representing the College at the Catholic Girls Carnival at the Queensland State Athletics Centre at Nathan. Students are encouraged to trial for the Metropolitan North Team and compete in the lead up carnivals.
 
Cheerleading: MMC Cheer is a competitive cheerleading program open to all students in grades 7 - 12.  The program focus is on American style, All-Stars Cheerleading incorporating gymnastics and dance into dynamic catchy routines.  Selection is by try-outs and the College utilises professional, accredited and experienced outside coaches to ensure the students learn and practice new skills in tumbling, stunting, chant and cheer in the safest environment possible.  
 
Cross Country:  All students are invited to train in preparation for the College Carnival with the top ten in each age group representing the College at the Catholic Girls' Carnival. Training sessions are held at the College mornings and afternoons beginning in Term One. Students are encouraged to trial for the Met. North Team and compete in the All Schools' Carnivals in addition to a number of fun runs.
 
Netball: Junior and Senior Teams compete in CaSSSA Wednesday afternoon competition and the QC Cup Carnival and train weekly.  Team members are encouraged to trial for the District and Met. North Teams to contest the State Carnival.
 
Swimming:  All students are invited to train with us at Boondall State School pool three mornings per week in preparation for the College Carnival with the selected team in each age group representing the College at the Catholic Girls' Carnival at Chandler.   Students are encouraged to trial for the Met. North Team and compete in any lead up carnivals available.  Morning training begins in Term 4 and continues in Term 1 for the College Carnival. The selected team in each age group competes in the Catholic Girls' Carnival at Chandler, while more serious swimmers are encouraged to trial for the Met North Team to contest the State Carnival.
 
Touch:  Junior and Senior Teams compete in CaSSSA Wednesday afternoon competition, the All Schools Carnival, the All Hallows Carnival and train twice per week in season.
 
Volleyball: Junior and Senior Teams compete in CaSSSA Wednesday afternoon competition and train weekly. Team members are encouraged to trial for the District and Met. North Teams to contest the State Carnival.
 
Other Sports: Many of our students participate in other sports outside school and there are opportunities for these to trial for representation for the District and Met. North Teams to contest their respective State Carnivals.
