The College Curriculum operates in close partnership with a range of institutions so as to provide relevant, contemporary, and engaging learning for our young women.

The Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA)  is responsible for the development of the Australian Curriculum. The College has worked in partnership with the development of the Australian Curriculum with a staff member working as an active member of the Stages of Schooling Advisory Panel. College Professional Learning has focussed on the excellent delivery of this curriculum for our students. Learn more about ACARA here.

The Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) is responsible for all school-based education and accreditation in Queensland. Mary MacKillop College delivers a broad spectrum of QCAA programs for our young women. The College has also developed a strong connection with the QCAA with many members of our teaching staff working on Senior Assessment District Review Panels. Learn more about the QCAA here.

Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) works closely with the College in the delivery and implementation of academic programs, administration, spirituality, and a diverse range of support services. Learn more about BCE here.
