UniSC Headstart Program
Congratulations to Year 11 students Julia, Holly and Hazel who successfully completed courses in the University of the Sunshine Coast Headstart Program.
Headstart challenges motivated Year 10 - 12 students with university-level learning, providing the opportunity to advance skills in critical thinking, writing and research. Julia and Holly completed an Introduction to Psychology, and Hazel completed Anatomy and Physiology. A truly remarkable experience that prepares our MacKillop Women to be future ready. We are extremely proud of your success!
Photography Winner
Congratulations to Year 9 photographer, Sophie, who has won the grand prize in the 2025 Brisbane Catholic Education Snap It Photography competition. Her photo 'Boab Tree in the Morning Sun' also won the Nature and Environment, and Year 9 categories. It was a pleasure to welcome Michael Dwyer from BCE to our College to present this award. Sophie's passion for photography was inspired by family travels around Queensland. A remarkable achievement!
